1．Conveyor system：

Spraying system：
1. There are 2 groups of reciprocating gun racks, opposite installation methods, each group is equipped with 4 pcs spray guns, and up to 6 spray guns can be installed. There are more paint quantity and paint mode to choose from.
2. Each group of spray gun holders are equipped with stainless steel connectors to connect the spray gun fixing bracket and the paint circuit.
3. Equipped with 1 set of circulating oil circuit.
4. A set of electronic sensor rods are installed above the belt in the feeding area. The sensor rods have 60 light curtain detection electric eyes, which can accurately collect the data of the length of the work piece to be processed and the percentage of the width of the belt. Color display to automatically adjust and control the spraying speed and spraying width.
5. The machine is equipped with an independent compressed air control device and a built-in filter device to ensure that the air is more clean and dry.
