There are 4 main materials: diamond wires, silicon wires, steel rope wires and steel wires, same materials but in 3 different shapes like frankfurt , fickert and round.
Different shapes are just for suitable to different machines as below:
Frankfurt type will be used on automatic polishing machine lines with frankfurt head for marble.
Fickert type is for automatic polishing machines which fickert head for granite.
Round shape is usually installed on floor refreshing machine or portable manual polisher.

PA612（best）＞PA610（better）＞＞66(medium)＞＞＞6
Why choose nylon 612?
1)Nylon 612 has good corrosion resistance and good bending recovery.
2)Compared to nylon 6, nylon 66 and nylon 610, Nylon 612 has low water absorption, so it can maintain greater hardness in wet environments.
3)PA612 nylon is hard enough to be combined and catch the abrasive grains well, especially for diamond wires must use PA612.

After polishing, the shortest residual thickness for glued fixing type can be below 8mm, nailed fixing type can be below 2mm.

1.Are you factory ?
Yes, we are. You can find that more than 90% of posted products are abrasive brushes. Our plant area is about 3000 square meters,daily production volume is about 400 cartons, we have lots of advanced production equipment and special formula which make sure the quality is good.
2.What kind of slabs the abrasive brushes polish ?
Frankfurt abrasive brushes are mainly used for marble, fickert abrasive brushes are for granite, artificial quartz and tiles slabs (these two are mainly installed on automatic polishing lines in plant). Round shape abrasive brushes are usually installed on portable polisher for grinding small slabs or refreshing the floor.
3.When did you start producing these brushes ?
We’ve been producing since 2009 because Foshan city is home of Tiles in China and the nearby city Yunfu is home of marbles, so grinding brushes are in huge demand. We have very good relationship with many domestic companies and rich experience of serving cases. We started exporting about 3 years ago, the major exported countries are Italy, USA, India, Pakistan, Turkey,Brazil, South Africa, Greece,Bangladesh,etc.
