Raw materials&final products
1. The feeding materials of coffee husk briquette machine can be waste wood branch, sawdust, coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk and other agriculture materials;
2. The inlet size of raw materials should be 3-5 mm. If the raw materials are bigger than 5 mm, should crush the raw material firstly;
3. The inlet moisture of raw materials should be 8-12%, otherwise, the outlet wood briquettes are easy broken and have crevice. So before briquetting, the wet materials should be dried.

The final briquette is 50/80 mm in diameter, occurs in the hollow quadrangular or hexagonal cylinder or hollow hexagonal with a 15-20 mm hole through the body.

1,Crushing——crushing machine
The raw materials ( including bamboo ,wood sawdust, peanut shell, corn cob.,rice hull. branches straw)crushed into sawdust.
2,Drying——dryer machine
The sawdust dryer uses the hot air drying system to reduce the water content to 8%-12%.
3,Pressed Bar——coffee husk briquette machine
The sawdust produces free radicals,bifunctional under the hot and high pressure condition of the briquette machine. The sawdust can be combined each other closely through a covalent bond.once formed, the combination will remain stable in case there is no external damage, more stable after cooling.
4,Carbonization——Making charcoal
The carbonization stove transforms the wood briquette to clean charcoal without smoke.

Also called the coil heater:it used for heat the machine. One machine has three set coil heater,and the diameter of the heat can be adjust. ·One coil heater will install one 1.5-3.0kw electrical motor. The basic construction of these heaters consists of compacted MgO,high temperature resistance wire and chrome.
