BAOJUN ceramic heaters are heater bands with ceramic insulation that are employed in the heating of the plastification cylinders of the plastic moulding machines, injection machines, extrusion machines. They are recommended when the operational temperature exceeds 280°C and in all cases presenting severe operational conditions. Thanks to the most advanced technical solutions, to the selection of the most appropriate materials and to the severe quality control procedures, they are characterised by:

Features of ceramic heating coil:

1. The ceramic heating coil has fast heat transfer, uniform heating and stable work.
2. The ceramic electric heating ring has the
advantages of no leakage of temperature and energy saving. The outer cover is not hot when touched by hand, and it is safe to work.
3. The power of the ceramic heating coil is high, and the power of the ceramic rod threading method is 0.5 to 1.5 times
higher than that of ordinary ones.
4. The ceramic heating ring adopts European and American high temperature resistant heating
wire, which has the characteristics of fast heat dissipation, uniform heating, and stable high temperature. It can be used at
600-800℃ for a long time.
5. The product life of ceramic electric heating coils is long. Because the raw materials age slowly at
high temperatures, the product life is long. 6. The ceramic heating coil meets the technical requirements of the national GB. Power deviation +5%∽-10%.
7. Electric strength of ceramic heating coil: After the 1500v/50Hz sinusoidal AC voltage test, there is no breakdown after 1MIN.
