Description

Plain washer for assembly NBR/FKM rubber and metal oil seal 

 

bonded gasket is made of rubber ring and metal ring integral bonding vulcanization, is used to seal the thread and flange connection of the sealing ring, ring comprises a metal ring and a rubber gasket.  The metal ring is galvanized and the rubber ring generally NBR or FKM( Fluorine carbon rubber ) 

Plain bonded seal/ are available in metric and Inch sizes, with standard JB982-77 specifying metal-rubber modular gaskets.

Purpose: for welding, clamping, expanding pipe joint, plug and mechanical device pressure system seal, to prevent leakage of oil, fuel, water and medicine.  Because of its simple structure, sealing efficiency, and low price, it is widely used in the machinery manufacturing industry.

Rubber Part material: NBR( Nitrile), Fluoroelastomer ( Fluoro Rubber)

Appplication: Hole seal, water seal, dust seal, fixed seal, shaft seal, rotary seal

Full package bonded seal

Description: made of metal gasket and rubber composite, with oil as the medium for threaded pipe joint and plug sealing, working pressure of 400Ka/CM(39.2Mpa), operating temperature between -25 and 250.  The washer is the part between the connecting piece and the nut.  Generally a flat metal ring, used to protect the surface of the connector from the nut scratch, to disperse the pressure of the nut on the connector.

Inch bonded gasket

No special processing of the sealing tank position, is the ideal part for fast and automatic installation, operating temperature -30℃~100℃.  The working pressure shall not exceed 39.2mpa.
