3.Product Description:

DLPI product is consists of two groups, depending on the different adhesive system, flame retardant and non-flame retardant. Each group can provide dozens of selections to customers by choosing different PI, including PET and PEN materials, utilized to meet specific needs of customers:

PI film	7.5um,12.5um,25um and 50um etc.	Dupont,Kaneka,SKC-Kolon, Taiwan,Mainland etc.
Adhesive	13um is for 18um Cu foil; 17um is for over 18um Cu foil	A900 etc.
Copper foil	EDHD foil or RA foil; thickness:12um, 18um, 35um etc.	Japan, US, Taiwan and Mainland etc.

 

4. Features & Applications:

DLPI products are widely used in automobile industry, data communication, computer and office equipment. The features is as follows:

l High peel strength,excellent electrical properties and good dimensional stability.

l Excellent chemical, solvent and solder resistant, excellent process ability.

 

5.Package & Storage:

l Standard roll: 50^+0.25 square meters or 500^+2.0square feet per roll, maximum 2 splices.

l Inner diameter core: 6 inches (152mm), packed in carton.

l Standard width: 500mm or 24 inches width except the customer’s special instruction within the maximum width 24 inches.  

l Storage Life: 12 months since date of manufacturing; After 12 months please repeat testing procedure as first delivered, use after quality valid confirm.
