Taeda® third generation biomass pellet burner is improved and upgraded based on years' experience accumulation. It regards biomass pellet materials as fuel. In terms of cooling mode, it belongs to a kind of air cooling burner. In terms of thermal output, it is classified into two types, ①ash tray burner (＜400,000kcal); ② burning nozzle type (＞600,000kcal). According to flame direction, it is classified into horizontal flame and upward flame. Whole burner consists of storing hopper,conveyor,combustion chamber,burning nozzle,auxiliary ignition and control unit.
Taeda new biomass burner holds wide application range and can be used to provide heat and temperature for various industrial working scenes like drying equipment, highway road construction machinery, industry annealing furnace, coating line, enterprise oven boiler, small power station, boiler and industrial stoves. The new burner is mainly upgraded for control system and combustion effect. Because of full combustion and high thermal efficiency, there is almost no smoke produced during the burning process. Besides, Taeda new biomass burner is installed with automatic temperature control. Meanwhile, we provide manual and automatic feeding device for customers' options.
