Introduction:
WSD-800 is a colorless transparent oily liquid PVC plasticizer obtained from vegetable oil through catalytic hydrogenation, hydrolysis, dehydrogenation, distillation and esterification.
Advantage:
WSD-800 has good compatibility with PVC and PU efficiency.
WSD-800 has excellent plasticizing effect, flame retardant,non-toxic,good electrical insulation,resistance to extraction,excellent weather resistance and extraction resistant.
WSD-800 can substitute DOP/DBP/DOTP/DINP/ATBC as secondary plasticizer which help to save cost.
WSD-800 not contain short chain, qualified with SGS,EU REACH,ROHS,39P and other environmental standards.

WSD-800 is widely used in PVC compound,PVC artificial leather,shoes,PVC hose,PVC wire or cable.
Usage Method:
* In PVC industry:
WSD-800 can replace the original formula in the DOP or DOTP, DINP and other main plasticizer, the ratio
replacement from 30-40%. no change any other formula and raw materials.
* In PU Industry:
Fully replace CPW, the flexibility, tensile strength,weather resistance and aging resistance are obviously improved.

Storage:
