Rotary Moulder Soft forming machines

When dough sheet go through rotary Moulder machine,it will be moulding and shaped by moulds.

And the scrap will be conveyed to the hopper by recycle device after Separating.

Tunnel oven, electric, indirect  gas fried or hybrid gas oven for option,

Oven length: 25m-70m, baking capacity from 200kg-1500kg/hour. We suggest oven length minimum 25m, then the oven can bake top grade quality biscuit.

Cover made by Painted steel or 304 Stainless steel:

Cooling conveyor, Stacker.

Cooling conveyor is used for biscuit cooling naturally after bake,with pneumatic tension device 

and belt automatic aligning system.

Packing Machine

There are two packing styles:

1. Flow/Horizontal Packing Style

One layer one piece, one layer two piece, one later three piece. 

1x2 packets, 2x4 packets, 3x6 packets.

Step 1: Mechanical surface coated with preservative solution (to protect stainless steel).

Step 2: The plastic cushion packing machine (prevent bump).

Step 3: Plastic film packaging  (to prevent ventilation).

Step 4: Wooden case / frame packaging (easy to transport).

Step 5: Tie the bandage outside of the wooden case (reinforcement overall).
