3.Product Description:

DLPEN product consists of PEN film clad copper by coating adhesive. It includes various types according to different copper and PEN film utilized to meet the specific needs of customers:

PEN film	25um, 50um, 75um,100um,125um, etc.	Teijin-Dupont, etc.
Adhesive (modified epoxy)	12.5um is for 18um Cu foil; 21um is for over 18um Cu foil	USA, Japan, etc.
Copper foil	EDHD foil or RA foil; thickness:18um, 35um, 70um, etc.	Mitsui, Fukuda, etc.

 

4. Features & Applications:

DLPEN products are widely used in the data communication, personal computer and automotive fields. The features are as follows:

l Meet the RoHS requirement & halogen free, and pass SGS certificate.

l High bond strength and good chemical resistance.

l Excellent dimensional stability.

l Better than DLPET in solder float.

 

5.Package & Storage:

l Standard roll: 50^+0.25 or 25^+0.25square meters per roll, maximum 2 splices.

l Inner diameter core: 6 inches (152mm), packed in carton.

l Standard width: 500mm or 24 inches width except the customer’s special instruction within the maximum width 24 inches.  

l Storage Life: 12 months since date of manufacturing; After 12 months please repeat testing procedure as first delivered, use after quality valid confirm.
