A2: There is no MOQ with our own brand LIECTROUX, for OEM orders, MOQ is 200-500pcs.

A3: We have CE, CB, RoHs, FCC certification.

Q4: What's your lead time.

A4: For sample order, we will arrange to ship once we get your payment, 

       For bulk order with our brand, around 7-10 days to arrange to ship. 

       For bulk order with OEM, need around 40 days after getting advance payment. 

Q5: What's your warranty. 

A5: Our warranty is one year, during one year, if any problem of the robot, pls take video for us and we will send to our technicist to check the problem and we will send spare part for you to replacement for free.
