A: If our current designs normally 500 pcs is enough and we also accept trial order about 50-100 pcs.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For our current designs: 7-10 working days. For customized design which need new-opening mould: normally 60-75 days totally. Our sales team will give you a precise delivery date.
Q: Can you provide sample?
A: Of course we can provide samples. Besides, we'll charge a reasonable fee on particular model samples. If you've purchased certain quantities, we'll return sample and tooling costs.
Q: Can you print our logo on the product?
A: There are many technical options to bring your logo on the product. With your artwork, colors and model we help you to
determine the best options for your branding.
Q: We have very special requirements. Can you design our individual case or packaging solution?
A: Sure, we could open new mould for you according to you sample and design drawing, astonishingly fast and surprisingly affordable.
Q: How to get an order?
A:1). Inquiry - Professional quotation.
2). Consultation - Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc, Sign the sale contract.
3). PI - Will send the Proforma Invoice for confirmation.
4). Pay deposit - Pay deposit and send us bank receipt.
5). Initial Production Stage -After sample approval, we will arrange the production & inform the estimated delivery time. 6).
Middle Production - Send photos to show the semi-finished products . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7). End Production & Inspection - Send finished products and package pictures or third party Inspection.
8). Delivery the goods - Send the goods to forwarder's warehouse.
9). Balance & B/L - Clients pay the balance before shipment or against the copy of B/L.
10). Feedback - Tell us about the Quality , Service, Market Feedback and Suggestion. We will do better next time.
