High Safety Design:

1, Emergency stop button, key switch, LED light all DC24V

2, Machine will stop work if detect water tank water temperature higher than standard.

3, machine up cover with mechanical lock, only when cover closed can machine start work, cover open machine stop work.

4, Machine easy Servo motor with damage protection function, whenever they detect damage from motor, machine will stop work, and no laser come out from laser tube, this can greatly improve security when machine work.

Some unique parts of this machine:

1)Mechanical safety lock.

The safety lock is mechanical lock.

Compared to traditional safety lock,the mechanial lock has higher security. Only when cover closed can machine start work, cover open machine stop work.

2)RDC6442S Control Card.

It installs famous Ruida control system.The control card is RDC6442S.

3)Up-and-down  Metal Slats(or honeycomb) Worktable with auto-focusing

The worktable can motorized up and down,so you can process various thickness materials.

The auto-focusing system can adjust the focal length automatically.

4)Servo Motor and Driver

5)Water & Temprature indicator.

The water level and temprature display is on the outer shell of the machine.

When the temprature of water is high or the water is less,the machine will stop.
