1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We have our own factory to produce different kinds of products. And we have more than 10 year’s International trading experiences, can offer you the best service.

2: May I have a sample?

Yes, of course. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

We usually send samples by DHL, TNT, UPS, and FEDEX. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account. If not, you can pay the freight charge to our PayPal, we will ship with our account.

3: Can you make a sample of our design for me?

Yes, we can offer for most of our products, it is helpful if you can provide us specifications. And we need 10-14days to make the sample as your demand.

4: Can I use our own designed package?

Yes, your customized packing (size, color, logo and packaging style) is available if the order quantity reaches to our MOQ. And we will check the cost according to your information and quote you the price with the packing details accordingly.

5: What’s your MOQ?

Normally, Our MOQ is 500 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service. But for lower quantity order, we will provide with our own packing, if you don’t mind.

6: When’s your delivery time?

Generally, 2-3 days for existing samples, within 15 days for mass production after order confirmed.

7: What’s your payment terms?

T/T 30% deposit, and balance is after the order is finished. Also we accept west union and PayPal.
