Description
Besides carbonization, TDICA furnace is also widely applied for calcining and roasting various chemical materials like catalyst. TDICA furnace, raw materials will be sent to external heating rotary kiln through feeding hopper which can preheat materials and guarantee good seal performance. There are various models and heating modes for options. Model smaller than 1.5 can use electrical heating and model larger than 0.8 can dock with natural gas, liquid gas, coke oven gas and diesel combustion system. Specifically designed exhaust gas disposal system can be made into both dry type and wet type. Full stainless steel texture makes sure longer service life. Thermal storage design and 400-mm insulation fiber ensures less energy consumption and safer operation. TDICA external heating furnace can be applied for various working scenarios, like preheating, calcining under 40-1100 degrees, carbonization, activation and regeneration. Heating chamber is always set with 3 or more temperature control zones. Drum can bear 1150 degrees temperature. According to different working situations, it can dock with steam, inert gas and other modules.
