1.QT40-1 block machine is one of our newly designed block making machine. With less power.
2.It adopts full automatic spiral material laying method, so the material in the mould is well-distributed. With simple operation and high productivity, when producing hollow blocks, it has an advantage over the large hydraulic block machines.
3.It uses Mode 350 speed reducer to raise and lower the mold, so it greatly increases the usage life of the speed reducer.
4.It combines pressure and super vibration. The lower vibration adopts two 3 KW vibrators and the upper vibration adopts two 2.2 KW vibrators, so the blocks made by this machine has high strength and accurate size.Its performance and product quality are comparable to the large equipment.

Production process


Materials
Two options for reference
1. 8%-10% cement, 30-40% sand, 50-60% crushed stone
2. 8-10% cement, 30% fly ash, 60% sand or stone powder
Other materials can also be used




Production process
1. Material Batching and preparation Section: Raw materials are discharged to the mixer. The mixed raw materials are sent to the mixer.
2.Mixing Section: After being mixed evenly with water, raw material are unloaded to the block making machine through belt conveyor.
3.Block forming Section: Mixed raw material are then sent to the mould case. Under PLC computer intelligent control. Hydraulic transmission, vibration, shaping takes place.
4.Automatic Stacker Section: After demoulding ,green brick will be unloaded to the bamboo pallet.

One 20ft container can load 2 sets QT40-1 line.
One 20ft container can load 1 set QT40-1 line with 800pcs pallets.
One 20ft container can load 1 set QT40-1 line with stacker and 200pcs pallets.
One 40HQ container can load 14 sets QT40-1 host machine.
