A1: Yes, our factory locates at Bao'An district, Shenzhen city, about 10 minutes to Shenzhen Airport and the New Exhibition Center. Warmly welcome your visiting. Please kindly tell us your schedule before you come here, we will prepare to pick you up.

A2: All our products have 12-24 months warranty.

A3: Yes. Sample and shipping cost will be deduct in your continure order.

A4: 10pcs trial order available. And less than 500pcs for neutral box, over 1000pcs for customized package.

A5: Yes, all of our laptop adapters are 100% original brand new.

A9: Sure. We have a professional development team to design new items. And we've made OEM and ODM items for many customers. You can tell me your idea or provide us the drawing draft. We will develop for you. As to the sample time is about 7~15 days. The sample fee is charged according to the material and size of the product and it will be refunded after ordering with us.

A10: Each adapter is produced under strictly control and will be 5 inspection process tested and and 4-6 hours aging test
before packing.

Q11. Why the new model is expensive than old models?
A11: A new model needs large R&D and mould cost, and the depletion rate is bigger during mould and production. Besides, new model is low productive but labor costs keep same as old model.
