Industrial Tubular 5kw 2kw Titanium Immersion Heater for Acid Tank
Haney series tubular immersion heater is a device which is over-the-side installed in a tank or container to heat liquid.These heaters are installed through the top of the vessel with the heated portion of the unit along the side or at the bottom of the tank. Natural circulation of the fluid inside the vessel allows for even distribution. Terminal houses and lead wires are provided for power connection.
Product Description
Haney series heating element immersion heater widely used in metal finishing surface treatment and water treatment industry. A wide selection of kilowatt ratings, shapes and sizes are available to suit many different types of applications.
Main Features
1.The heating element permit portability, easy removal for cleaning of tanks and heaters, and ample working area within the tank when installed.
2.The 316 SS sheath is passivated, providing resistance to alkaline for plating tanks,rinse tanks and other tanks containing aqueous solutions
3.Extra funtion can be added,options have anti dry function,temperature control box,timer.
In most instances,immersion heaters need to be customized to ensure good heating performance and economic-effeciency.Do check with our Sales Department for more informations.
