FAQ
Q1: What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 100,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
Q4: How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can
ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q2: Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But custom samples will be charged accordingly.
Q5: Do your bottle products have BPA?
No way. Our products ever made are totally free of BPA and other harmful substances. It is possible to pass different food grade tests, such as LFGB, REACH etc..
Q3: How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
Q6: What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is 30%T/T prepayment, balance against copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight. The payment terms is negotiable as per different conditions.
