Q1:Can I have a sample order for art light? A:Yes,we welcome sample order to test and check quality.Mixed samples are acceptable.

A:Sample needs 5-10 days depends on quantities,mass production time needs  25-35  days depends on quantities.  

 

Q3:Do you have any MOQ limit for art light order?

A:Low MOQ,1pcs for sample checking is available.Usually 50pcs for mass production.The MOQ  is negotiable.  

 

Q4:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A:We usually ship by DHL,UPS,FedEx or TNT.It usually takes 3-5days to arrive.Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.  

Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for  formal order.   Fourthly we arrange the production.

A:Yes.Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q8: What do you need to provide a quote? A: Please provide drawing(2D/3D/CAD) of product and material/quantity/surface treatment information.
