Product Description
HolyPan is one of the lightest and strongest composite sandwich panels produced for industries.This innovative sandwich panel is thermally fused with polypropylene honeycomb core and fiberglass reinforced polypropylene skin.
The core material gives HolyPan high resistance due to its honeycomb structure, and the super strong fiberglass-reinforced skin materials provide high stiffness and an extremely good impact resistance of the panel surface. The thermally fused connection between the honeycomb core and the skins leads to an indivisible connection and makes HolyPan much lighter and eco friendly. And the delamination of the skin is almost impossible which distinguishes it from other traditionally glued or laminated panels.
Compared with traditional aluminum/foam panels, thermoplastic glass fiber reinforced honeycomb panels have higher impact strength, which can effectively increase the service life of roof tents.
HolyPan is waterproof and moisture-proof , the size and shape of the sheet can be customized, and the connection with the profile is also very convenient, which can effectively shorten the assembly process.
