1. Product description

Vacuum distillation process is a clean metallurgy process which is widely used to separate the metal with different boiling point by using the different saturated vapor pressure.

CHMM furnace is to apply vacuum distillation and pyro-refining combined process  to get crude elemental Arsenic product (nontoxic), Lead-Antimony alloy as well as the crude Tin as final product.

Raw material:

This vacuum distillation furnace can treat the raw material like

l  Crude Tin (with impurities like Lead, Antimony and other metals which could be easily evaporated)

l  Soldering Tin

l  Lead-Tin alloy

l  Lead-Tin-Antimony alloy

l  Lead-Tin-Antimony-Arsenic alloy
