1. Machine weight is 10% heavier than others.
2. The three-axis is Taiwan C3 ball screw, Taiwan precision linear railway.
3. All models adopt integral table bed body with good stability.Work table level measurement by 9 points’ test, geometric
accuracy is 50%~70% higher than national standard.Ensure high quality machine tools.
4. Oil pumping motor is Denmark Grundfos, New design of oil flushing, Oil suction device ,with more reasonable pumping oil route by rotating at clockwise to ensure constant oil cooling during processing. without oil foam.
5, 3-5 oil suction ports to ensure oil absorption for processing, it’s easy to open and close doors,
6. All oil pipelines adopt Taiwan import interlayer rubber hose, which ensures soft at winter and with high compressive
strength. Valve is USA or Taiwan Brand.
