1.Experiment method


 


1.1. Chemical analysis method


        The sample is first removed from the surface layer by about 0.1 mm, and then the wear layer is scraped, but the scraping depth is not to exceed 60% of the thickness of the aluminum alloy. The scraped alloy is taken for chemical analysis, wherein the steel, iron and 


         manganese elements are in accordance with GB6987-86. The Chemical Analysis Methods for Aluminum and Aluminum Alloys stipulate that other elements are stipulated in the agreement between the supplier and the buyer.


 


1.2.Hardness test method


        The sample was first removed from the surface layer by about 0.1 mm, and then the hardness of the wear layer was measured. Each piece is measured at three points (the distance between any two points is greater than 20 mm), and the arithmetic 


mean of the three points of hardness is the hardness value of the piece, and the test conditions are as specified in Table 6.

1.3. Bending test method


The sheet was cut into a 15 mm wide specimen in the rolling direction. First bend the specimen to 180° (the bend radius is equal to the total thickness) and then bend back. During the test, the aluminum alloy and the steel back are bent as one inner layer, respectively, 


allowing the sample to break, but the steel back and the aluminum alloy must not be layered.
