Q1.Can we get your free samples?
Yes. All of our samples are free and customers just need to cover the freight cost.
You can do freight collect, or pay the delivery cost to our account.

Q2.What is the MOQ?
Normally our MOQ will be 10000pcs for Plastic Jar. But for goods in stock, the MOQ can be 100pcs. However, the less quantity, the more cost,
because of the inland freight charges, local charges, and the sea freight charges and so on.

Q3.How does your factory do regarding quality control?
We do leak test for 3 times before packing.
In the production, Jar are tested by leakage machine.
Before packing, quality inspectors make 50pcs random sampling from each carton.
Before delivery, warehouse workers open the carton, guaranteeing right products inside the cartons.

Q4.What do we need to do if there is a problem with a small part of the product in the shipment?
Take photos firstly and send the photos to us for confirmation.When we confirm the problem, we will send you replacement in the next order.

Q5.Can you make Logo printing,label stickers or OEM service？
Yes, we can！
There are various printing ways we can supply, including screen printing, hot stamping, label printing
after getting Logo design AI/CDR format from you.
And we are able to open a mould according to customer's requirements if needed.

Q6.What is your shipping terms and time？
A. If you choose 1 - 50 pieces, we will use the normal shipping ( about 10-40 days), the exact date depends on the region where you are located in.

B. If you choose 50 - 500 pieces, we will use express such as Fedex / UPS / TNT / Aramex / SF express for your orders.About ( 6-19days)

C. 500pcs+ orders can use air shipping / sea shipping, as the price is better for you.
