1.What are your main products?
Our main products are chiffons, crepes, rayons, cottons, different kinds of printed fabrics and so on for making women’s and children’s wear.
2.Can I get samples before placing order and how long it will take?
Yes we are so pleased to offer free color swatches or A4 size samples for you to check the quality, but the freight needs to be paid at your side. If you need meter samples, pls check sample fee on the product’s page. Samples will be sent within 2 days.
3.What is your MOQ?
For in-stock items and digital printing items, the MOQ is 150 meters/design.
For customized printing items, the MOQ is 1500-3000 meters/design, it depends on the printing ways.
4.Do you do customized fabric printing?
Yes, we have our own printing factory so we accept OEM orders including digital printing, reactive printing and rotary screen printing. Pls choose the base fabric, send us your printing design, and we will recommend the most appropriate printing method according to your choice.
5.What is the lead time?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
Usually we can ship within 2-3 days for in-stock items, about 7-10 days for OEM orders and about 20 days for large quantity orders.
6.What is your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, PayPal.
For in-stock items, full payment before shipment is required.
For OEM orders or out of stock items, we require 50% deposit before production and 50% balance after production and before shipment.
7.What shipping methods are available?
Sea shipping, air shipping, express shipping and railway shipping are available.
We will confirm the shipping freight with you before shipment. We can also send the goods to your cooperated shipping forwarders.
