A3:Yes, you must. We usually provide existing sample for free but the cost of freight should be borne by your side. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
Q4:May I do customize design?
A4: Yes , we welcome the customize mold, you provide the samples or any of your concepts and ideas, we learn and absorb them then make it into art-work for your approval, prototype will be accomplished against art-work, you check or revise it if necessary, then we start tooling. we can also print your logo on the mold.
Q5:What is your MOQ?
A5: Usually our MOQ is 100 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
