Introduction
This machine is designed to produce plastic sheet for thermoforming/vacuum forming purpose or stationery use, which is composed of 7 parts extruder part, filter part, Die-head part, 3 rollers part, traction part, winding part and side trimming part.

2. Barrel & Screw ( Zhoushan)
a. Barrel & Screw material: 38CrMoALA
b. Nitrogen depth of screw: 0.4-0.6mm; Nitrogen hardness: 740HV
c. Screw dia.:120mm,L/D:34:1,Type: Graded separation
d. The surface roughness of screw: 0.4um,roughness of barrel: 0.8um
3. Main motor driver:
Power: p=110 kw-6 WNM motor, AC380v( three phase 380v. 50HZ)
4. Gear reduction box:
Adopts high quality GUOMAO reduction box, model:315. Rato: 12.5.
Gear reducer driven by helical gear on hard tooth surface. Its gear material is of high quality 20CrMoTi Forging parts, high frequency treatment, hardness hrc 54-58 (tooth surface grinding)
5.Oven Heating:
a. Adopts 7 rows Stainless steel heating ring
