The fully automatic sauce filling vacuum capping machine adopts the principle of piston servo drive, which is suitable for sauces in condiments, soups or chili sauce with granules and large concentration, bean paste, peanut butter, sesame paste, jam and cattle. The filling of the thicker sauces such as oil hot pot bottom material and red oil hot pot bottom material has high degree of automation. The machine can complete automatic filling, automatic capping and automatic vacuum sealing.Suitable for filling liquids in condiments, thick soups or thicker sauces with more concentrated chili sauce, bean paste, peanut butter, sesame paste, jam, butter,pepper sauce,seafood sauce material, etc.





Filling Machine

Filling valve can be customized according to customer's materials to meet the filling requirements of different customer
materials. Equipped with horizontal mixing hopper, the maximum guarantee of uniform material in the filling process, no oil sauce separation, to ensure the accuracy of each bottle filling. The equipment greatly shortens the filling distance from the hopper to the filling head in design, and overcomes the material with large oil content (such as: chili oil containing sesame seeds)

Follow-up vacuum capping machine

The fully automatic single-head follow-up vacuum capping machine consists of a cap-arranging and capping mechanism, a cap-hanging mechanism, a motion module, a conveying mechanism and a control system. The whole machine has simple structure and convenient adjustment. During the movement of the product, the capping action is completed. Different from the conventional capping machine, it needs to stop when capping, which will cause the material to shake out of the bottle mouth and pollute the bottle body. The machine does not stop capping, effectively avoiding the capping stop and shaking the liquid and keeping the bottle clean.
