Composition:

CHENMING FBB Board Mill PM4 Provide FBB Board which is specially designed for packaging function. It is multilayer structure in which 3 to 4 layers are fibers made out of wood pulp, besides imported fiber containing 50% mixing together with long and short fibers, but without any recycled fibers. There are three times coating in front side and one time coating on reverse side. Main coating receipts are CaCO3 and Kaolin clay.

Printability:

CHENMING FBB is made from selected quality virgin wood fiber and manufactured with the latest state of art paper making technology at Henglian Holding Group.Its fine coating optimizes the smoothness and the glossiness of the product,with excellent printability stage capable for presenting vivid and clear images. Ink absorption characteristic could guarantee the less ink consumption to reach better print gloss; product has a smooth surface and screen dots restore great with even distribution of the inks. Packaging boxes made out of this product runs smoothly on automotive packaging line and well improves manufacturing efficiency.

Convertibility:

The product can be smoothly converted with various processes such as water & solvent based varnishing, calendaring and lamination. It has been widely proven by the users' reports that under the similar printing and converting conditions, it can save about 10% varnishing cost when compared to other competitive products.Henglian Coated Board Mill could also produce specially for laser barcode paper board, while characters form clearly under the laser ablation which brings great hand feel and good anti fake proof properties.

Stability:The board is of high light resistance and packaging products can keep a long-term stability within 6 months under the light in cabinet.
