1. The blade is made from 100% virgin carbide materials. No any recycle materials. 2. The blade was pressed with high pressures and heat treatment. it becomes very hardness. HRA90 is possible.
3. After grinding carefully and double checks, insure the blade precision and sharpness.
4. Because of made from carbide material. The blade have longer working time than normal metals steel blades.
5. Now we have Zund, ESKO, ELITRON, ATOM, ECOCAM blades. so if possible, pls advise us code number, then we can check stock for you.
6. We are manufacturer. So we accept OEM or ODM customized orders. The lead time is about 30days if no stock. But if we have rough blade stock, The lead time can be 15days.
