General Order Information

our production lead times depend on specific items and item quantities.

2. Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc. |
3. BRT Ceramic sales send the Proforma Invoice |
4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt. |
5.Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment,And will make the samples according to your request, send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time. |
6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in . Confirm the estimated delivery time again. |
7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection . |
8. Clients make payment for balance and BRT Ceramic Ship the goods .Also can accept payment term-Balance against B/L Copy Or L/C payment Term. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients. |
9. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them . |

1.When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price,please call us or tell us in your e-mail so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation,you can require for samples to check our quality counter display.
If you need the samples,we will charge for the sample Express fee. But the cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.
3. Why the price is different from the prices on the web?
All prices on the web are current and estimated prices. Sometimes we cannot renew them in time. Moreover the price is based on your requirements of quantity, logo, colors, packaging,etc. For example, if you require a 3c logo printing, the price would be higher than 1c logo or no logo printing.
4. What kind of files do you accept for drawing?
PDF, Core Draw, high resolution JPG.
5. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in product design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect packing boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
6. How long can I expect to get the samples?
The samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
7. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 20 to 30 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
8. How can we process a order?
We will send you a commercial invoce once you confirm the order. After we get your payment, we will arrange the production asap and finish the goods within 10-25days based on different quantity.:)
9. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW,FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
