YC-100 Multifunctional Extracting And Concentration Tank
Pilotech YC-100 Extraction Machine is suitable for the preparation of a small number of materials in university & research institutes, food, and pharmaceutical enterprises, new product development, etc.
The machine is small in size, low noise, jacketed heating method, safe and reliable, with built-in stainless steel water ring vacuum pump to achieve vacuum pressure-reduction and low-temperature extraction.

Water extraction or alcohol extraction from herbs and natural products, normal pressure hot reflux water extraction or alcohol extracting, normal pressure outer circulation concentration, atmospheric concentration, vacuum concentration, organic solvent recovery (online ultrasonic extraction function is optional)

MAIN FEATURES
1) The floorarea is small, only 2.0 square meters, and it can be used when it is connected to water and electricity. The minimum feeding amount is 2KG, and the maximum feeding amount is 10KG.
2) The extraction system is equipped with a reflux condenser and an oil-water separator, which can effectively recover the volatile aromatic oil in the material.

YC-100 Lab multi-functional extracting and concentration tank can be used for extracting and concentration of Chinese medicinal herbs and natural products (water and organic solvents) and recovery of volatile aromatic oil with a concentration ratio of 1.1-1.38. The unit consists of extracting tank, reflux condenser, reflux cooler, volatile aromatic oil collector, filters, tubular heater, evaporator, recovery condenser, recovery cooler, collecting tank, stainless steel rack and connecting pipe valves, and meters, etc.
Extract Tank
Add the material and solvent into this tank to start the extracting . Integrated and compact design allows less installation area . Works directly with water and power.
Concentrate Tank
The system are equipped with outer circular evaporating concentrator with high concentrating efficiency, concentration ratio 1.1 ~ 1.38. Low temperature concentration ensures the material property stability.
