Product Description
All our machines are at the cutting edge of technology, side roll parallelism is maintained by a torsion bar system which connects both ends of the roll together, eliminating the weakness of extra encoders and hydraulic circuits. Our central rolls are driven by hydraulic motors and high efficiency planetary gearboxes, coupled directly to the rolls. This MG solution (along with the rolls mounted in low friction sealed bearings) greatly reduces the torque lost by clutches and synchronization systems used on other machines.

Every month we produce more than 35 machines being delivered to customers operating in different contexts like nuclear, construction, green energy, aerospace, automotive, oil&gas and shipbuilding industries.
Today MG is able to meet any type of demand on plate rolling machines design and manufacturing: useful width from 200 mm up to 8000 mm and thickness from 0.2 up to 300 mm, offering a complete choice of metal forming equipment: variable geometry plate bending rolls, 3-roll and 4-roll plate rolling machines, section bending technology, CNC systems with customized software, plate straightening machines, screw flight helix machines, angle bending rolls, heavy duty machinery.
