The flykantech.com DK971 USB-C docking station with DP 1.4 and HD 2.0 support, is a perfect choice for dual or triple monitor setup, supporting up to 4K 30Hz nearly uncompressed video resolution output , with two DisplayPort and one HD outputs. Maximum dual and triple 4K display performance is supported on USB-C 11th Gen Intel-based (DP 1.4 HBR3 with DSC support) Windows Thunderbolt 3 or USB-C laptops, but backwards compatibility to older laptop generations and lower resolution monitor requirements.

What is DSC - Display Stream Compression
DSC itself is the VESA-backed low-latency compression algorithm for serving higher resolution content on reduced bandwidth. DSC is important for 8K and above outputs in particular or 4K@120Hz. DSC with MST becomes all the more important due to sharing a single cable for multiple displays, thus opening up setups to higher resolutions / higher refresh rates.
DisplayPort Multi-Stream Transport (MST)
First introduced in the DisplayPort 1.2 standard, Multi-Stream Transport allows multiple displays to be connected to a single DP port on a desktop PC or laptop. It does this by combining multiple video signals into a single stream (a process known as multiplexing) and sending it over a DisplayPort cable to a device that unbundles the signal. The "unbundling" device might be an MST Hub or a series of "daisy-chained" MST monitors.
MST is supported by Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 7.
It is not currently supported by Mac OS X or Chrome OS™ (although Chrome OS support is rumored to be in the pipeline).
