2. We have our own design department. if you don’t have printing artwork yet, we can make designs for you. The design fee depends
on the design’s complexity. Simple design is for free.
3. Blank sample and stock sample can be offered for free. As for customized sample, we only charge you once. If the sample can not
meet your demand, we will remake it until you are satisfied, or refund the cost.
4. Lead time: 1-3 days for blank sample, 3-5 days for customized sample. For mass production, normally it takes 10-15 days, rush
orders are available.
5. Factory visiting is warmly welcome! We can provide picking up and hotel booking service for your best convenience.
