Maintenance and cleaning of heart rate elastic band
1. Be sure to use normal temperature water or neutral detergent to clean the ribbon and wipe it dry with a soft towel (do not use
alcohol, rough material scrubbing, or other volatile chemical lotion washing, to avoid damaging the heart rate ribbon
conductivity)
2. don't put the chest belt in the washing machine.or in the dehydrator or dryer, avoid damaging the circuit or high temperature
so that the heart rate chest band melts and opens.
3. please do not iron.
4. avoid high temperature violence.

How to wear chest belt?
1. Before wearing, check whether the length of the ribbon is suitable for oneself. If not, adjust the length of the ribbon by
adjusting the buckle to achieve a comfortable wearing feeling.
2. Put the heart rate transmitter on the dark button of the heart rate band to confirm the left and right directions of the heart
rate sensor (the heart rate sensor is directional, distinguished by L/R) and keep the sensor in the middle of the chest. Put the
button on the other end of the heart rate band.
3. Keep the heart rate sensor facing out when wearing, and make sure that the conductive electrode sheet of the heart rate belt is
directly attached to the skin.
4. Because human skin is dry, oily and so on different situation, in order to achieve good conductive effect, in the heart rate
conductive electrode wetting with water is better.
5. Battery should be replaced in time when the signal is bad. In the future, when using the ribbon, it is found that the
transmitting distance is shortened or the signal is bad. When the conduction distance is not more than 70 cm, it means that the
battery power has been exhausted quickly. Please replace the battery, not the heart rate elastic band conductivity is not good
(except high temperature, violent pulling and other damage behavior).
Be careful:
Material is affected by the degree of dryness of the skin, if the detection is not sensitive, please wipe the belt with a
dishcloth conductive electrode on both sides of the special material to ensure that there is no stain residue on the surface.
If the chest hair is very much, please wipe some water on the conductive electrodes on both sides of the heart rate elastic band.
If there is sweat in the process of exercise, do not wet with water. This is because human hair has a strong insulation is not
conducive to the chest band to heart rate signal collection, so too much hair to use water to improve the conductivity of the
heart rate band is very necessary.
