Crimping machine is a kind of hydraulic device which is used to withhold pipes and fittings. It could connect metal joints with the fitting hoses firmly such as high pressure oil hose , brake pipes on cars, motor oil hose, AC hose, dynamic hose. Crimping machine could be used in extensive field such as engineering machinery, vehicles, hydraulic machinery, welding and cutting equipment.

1)Hydraulic cylinder and piston are all made of integrative precise steel casting. Comparing with welding technique, the hydro cylinder and piston will not transform when they are made. Pistons and moulds are driven to move by hydraulic power, so they have the advantage of stability and high speed, and avoid the mould locking phenomenon happens. The hydro cylinder locking systems is designed scientifically, so it is easy to withhold various anomalous connector bends.

2)Hydraulic system is made of electrical motor, oil pump, solenold valve, overflow valve and valve block which has double hydraulic oil-channel. The double hydraulic oil-channel could make move forward and backward. In order to back the original position quickly, to adjust the speed and to reduce noise and system pressure. Hydraulic-controled cone-way valve is added to double hydraulic oil-channel.

3)Our crimping machine have two overflow valve. The high pressure overflow valve works when pipes are crimped. High pressure overflow valve could ensure the heavy pressure and high quality products, The low overflow valve works when molds are opened. Low pressure overflow valve could avoid oil seal bearing heavy pressure ,so as to increase its life period.

4)The base has two slope , to make sure that the pressure is homogeneous, the every part of the product has the same pressure, the lines of product have the equal gap, and there are no symmetry phenomenon,

5)Good quality alloy steel material and particular hear-treatment technique are used in order to ensure the permanent mechanical accuracy and life period of crimping machine. The life period of crimping machine has business with material, heat-treatment, mechanical processing, assembly and reasonable structure.

Oil pump is set and submerged into the oil tank, so it could reduce the noise and radiate the heat quickly. The oil pump which is driven by electrical motor drive the piston move by pumping the hydraulic oil out. When the mold base move forward, the mold could give pressure to hose joint. When the shrinkage reach to the pre-set number, the pressure stop and the solenold valve reverse.At this time, the piston move backward , the mold open and the work finish. 

1)Do not press hexagon nut,

2)Avoid tools and other staff appearing in the machine nose,

3)The mold base must be back to the rear when work finish, When we do this, the mold base spring and the hydro cylinder could keep normal status which could increase the life period of spring and oil seal,

4)If two or more workers operate together, please coordinate each other, so as to avoid hurts.

5.Maintenance

1)According to the using frequency of the equipment or the working environment, hydraulic oil in the oil tank should be replaced periodically. Suggestion: 1time/year.

2)Please fill the anti-abrasion lubricant into the move face of the mold base frequently.

3)Please close the dust-protected cover in order to avoid the staff coming into the mold base.

4)The screws of the crimping machine nose should be fastened every 3 months.
