Changes in product viscosity, temperature, pressure, and specific gravity are compensated for automatically. Flow meter filling provides the fill by measure the volume flow of conducting liquid without the issues of using conventional net weight methods.

KROHNE Mass Flowmeter Technology
Mass flowmeter for process batching of conductive and non-conductive liquids.It is a highly accurate and specialised meter for filling machines. The fully welded maintenance-free device with twin U-shape is particularly suitable for hygienic applications in the pharmaceutical or food and beverage industries.
Filling Nozzles
The filling nozzle will be chosen by different bottles and liquids.The lifting of them is controlled by servo ,so they can diving into the bottle bottom to up with the liquid.
Equipped with a anti-dripping tray.
Cleaning Station
Special cleaning station for filling nozzle and pipe, and discharge through the sewage pipe on one side of the machine.More friendly with CIP system.
Servo Control
Filling controlled by servo.Equipped with a servo rotary lobe pump to feeding the liquid.Pipes can be optionally plated with Teflon to avoid corrosion by some liquids
