Q3 What’s your MOQ? 
The minimum order quantity depends on your requirements of color, size and material. For some normal items, we have stock and there is no MOQ requirement. For printed items or customized items, we will discuss case by case based on customer’s requirements.

Q4 How about your delivery time?

We can make the fastest delivery of 15 days after make deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5 Can you produce according to the samples or technical drawings?

Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We have a professional sample making team and sufficient fabric resources.

Q6 Do you test all your goods before delivery? How about quality guarantee?

Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

(1) QC team will inspect the goods again and again before shipping out.

(2) We are responsible for damage goods if it is our product problem.

Q7 Can you offer us OEM and ODM? Can I have our LOGO on our goods?

Yes, we can offer customized LOGO if your quantity meet our request. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q8 What factors will effect the price?

Material, accessory, size, printing, quantity, quality request, packing terms, accessory, shipping terms etc.

Q9 When can I get the quotation?

Normally we quote within 24hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Q10 How can I get a sample to check your quality? How about sample time and sample fee?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost. But the sample cost can be refundable when you place a formal order basic on the order is more than the MOQ. Sample time: 5-7 days. Sample fee: Depend on your design and size of products.
