Characteristics:     Apperance, 25 °C : free flowing off-white pellet powders.

                                Solubility: Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, chloroform and other organic solvents.

 

Storage:         It is recommended to store the product in a dry place at 25°C max, avoid direct sunlight and rain, upending is forbidden. Prolonged storage over 60°C can cause some discoloration. It is no dangerous, according to general chemical for transportation, storage.

 Packaging:         The product is packed by inner plastic bag, and external kraft bag, net weight is 25kg.

Shelf life: Should remain within the specification limits at least one year after production, provided it is properly stored. 

Application: HBS-206P is an internal antistatic agent used for polyolefins and PVC, has fast migrating antistatic performance, and provides lubrication, mould release, slip and anti-adhesive effects in plastics processing.

When HBS-206P used in combination with HBS-A400 or HBS-A600 with 2:1 mix, due to the HBS-A400 and HBS-A600 has a synergism, provide sustained antistatic properties, it can provide immediate and long-lasting antistatic effect at the same time.
