Suzhou Thinkrisen & Beal Solutions Precision Machining Co., Ltd. is located in Suzhou high tech Zone. The plant covers an area of about 2000m 2. In 2019, it obtained the certificate of private science and technology enterprise in Jiangsu Province, passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification in the same year.
At present, our production workshop has 47 mechanical equipment, including 7 CNC machine tools, 6 EDM, 6 wire cutting and 25 injection molding machines. All injection molding equipment are equipped with mechanical arms to realize automatic production.
Our quality supervision department is equipped with two CMM, infrared 3D scanner and ISO9001 quality management system to achieve real-time supervision before and after production, so as to ensure the quality of each product.
