ZX-C50 packaging weigher(pneumatic and vibratile)
ZX-C50 packaging weigher is a kind of mechanical-electrical integration product, used separate double measurement control system, integrated a number of latest technology. Performance indicators is at the leading level in domestic. The machine is suitable for automatic quantitative packing of granule materials, such as sugar, salt, food, feed, chemical industry, etc .
1.Structure & Operation theory
The machine consists of mechanical and electrical control. Electric control consists of pressure sensors and electric cabinet; Mechanical control consists of multistage feeding mechanism ,weighing hopper ,folder bag mechanism and fraree, etc
When electronic scale is working, feeding door were shut down in the first place under the control of the controller, open feeding mechanism for charging after automatic peeling and reset. Materials are putted into the weighing hopper continuously, pressure sensor converts weight into corresponding electrical signals , and then sent to the controller. Controller shows the weight of the material on the front panel window.And according to the parameters to output control signal in turns, weighing hopper were charging by the feeding mechanism in 3 flow rate ways: fastest, general fast, slow. Because of the original with a triple combination cylinder form, the machine shake seriously. Now it changed to a single set of separation and vibration feeding of blanking form, complete quantitative feeding accurately without shaking. Were not squeeze and damage to the appearance of the materials. Feeding mechanisms all closed down after the completion of the loading process, the weighing hopper opened the bottom of the feeding door first, The material being pumped into bag depend on the weight of it’s own. After feeding, the feeding door close, folder bag mechanism open and put down the bag. Clip bag toggle switch control folder bag institutions open and shut up, to manual bagging operations. And only when the folder bag institutions are in a state of clamp,then control signal can be sent out, then feed.

3.Lifting conveyer
