A : we are located in Guangzhou, the capital city of Guangdong Province, near to Shenzhen, Foshan & Hong Kong, very convenient for shipping.

 

Q2 : what is your payment terms ? 
A : T/T , Western union , papal ,visa , mastercard or L/C available for us .

For our regular products with stock , our payment terms will be 100% TT before delivery , we will arrange shipping as soon as we got the payment .

For the orders that require time to production , usually we need 30% TT as deposit to start the production , and the balance 70% should be paid off before shipping . We will show you the photos of the products and packages after the production finished.

 

Q3. Shipping methods and shipping time ?

A : By Express: 5-7 working days to your door (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...).

By Air: 7-10 working days to your airport.

By Sea: Pls advise your port of destination, the exact days will be confirmed by our forwarders, and the following lead time is for your reference.

Europe and America (25 - 35 days), Asia (3-7 days), Australia ( 16-23 days).

 

 

Q4 : Can you produce according the Samples ?

A: Yes , we can produce by your samples or technical drawings .We can build the molds and fixtures .

 

Q5: What is your sample policy ? 
A : We can supply the sample but need to pay the sample cost and courier cost , and this cost will be returned to you if you place an order to us later .
