Product Overview


LX model electric single beam suspension crane and CD1, MD1 model electric hoist are used together as a complete set. It is a light duty track traveling crane with trajectory which applies to and used at machinery assembling sites and warehouses. This crane adopts ground controlling and works at a temperature of -25℃ to 40℃. It is prohibited to be used at combustible, explosive or corrosive environment.


FEATURES AT A GLANCE


1. Computer-designed box girder, the whole length of the web plate is cut by NC with accurate deflection.

2. Low clearance trolley structure with reasonable sized hook, thus it has wide application scope.

3. Arc or flat wheels, anti-friction bearings, honeycomb bumper, anti-derailment device.

4. There-in-one motor drive, stepless speed control, hardened gear reducer, safety disk brake.

5. Good driving performance, stepless speed regulation, smooth running.

6. Whole shot blasting Sa2.5 level after welding, release of internal stress, so that the main beam structure has best performance.

7. Epoxy zinc-rich paint with oil film thickness 140μm.
