Installation Precautions
●The roller shutter door motors should be installed exactly horizontally with precision.
●The roller axle of the shutter should door should be homocentric and horizontal .
●The roller shutter should be free of any obstructions.
●The vertical hanging length of the chain must be adjusted within 3-6mm-adjustment should be made before hanging the shutter onto the roller axis.
●It is strictly forbidden to pull on the motor down lead.
●External power cord should be ≥1.0mm diameter.
●Special attention should be given to protecting the motor from humidity and rain, to prevent short-circuiting.
●The motor must be satisfactorily earthed to prevent potential injury from shocks .The earthing connection bolts should be fixed to the chain wheel support board or electric appliance control box.
●The switch box has to be installed on the dry wall and placed at a high of over 1.5 meters high, this is to ensure that children cannot operate the wall switch and remote controller.
●The disabled and the people lacking of experience (including the children) are forbidden to operate the shutter door motors,unless they are guarded by someone can respons for their safety or reading the instructions carefully in advance.

● The rolling gate machine is a short-time work system, and the continuous operation time should not exceed 7 minutes;
● The operation of the rolling door is controlled by the remote control or the "up", "down" and "stop" buttons on the remote control. When pressing the "up" and "down" keys, if there is no upward or downward movement, you must press the "stop" key to cut off the power immediately to avoid burning the motor;
● In the event of a power failure, use the hand zipper to raise the door curtain. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the set height to avoid damage to the limit switch and cause the top; to close the door curtain, you can gently pull the manual lever to make the door curtain drop at a uniform speed. When the door curtain is about to be fully closed, it should be released Pull the rod, and then pull it again to fully close to prevent damage to the limit switch;
● When there is a thunderstorm in the weather, disconnect the external power source as much as possible;
● When using the rolling door machine, the operator shall not leave the scene, and should immediately cut off the power supply if the abnormal situation is found, and then use it again after troubleshooting.
