Automatic Empty Cup Tray Loading Station
Its adopt spiral separating and pressing technology which can avoid the cup damaging and deforming, it has vacuum sucker which can guide the cup to onto the mold accuracy. It's only need the operator to put the empty cups into the cup loading tunnel is available. There is a empty cup detection sensor under each station to detect if this station has cup or not, it can avoid the mistake filling and sealing if the station without the cup, reduce the product waste and machine cleaning.
Automatic Quantitative Sauce Filling Station
It adopts piston filling and lifting function, to prevent residual materials from dropping on the rim of the cup during filling, thus affecting the sealing effect. no splash and leakage, the filling system also has CIP clean function. The material hopper can also equipped with stirring and heating function as your demand.
Automatic Granule Nuts Filling Station
The vibrator is used to sprinkle small particles into the cup through vibration. The filling accuracy of this method is not high. If you have high requirements for filling accuracy, we suggest you to use multi-head combined weigher for filling.
Automatic Film Sealing and Cutting Station
The system consists of automatic film drawer, printing film location, waste film collection and thermostat sealing system, sealing system can runs fast and locates at the printed film accurately. Thermostat sealing cutting system uses Omron PID temperature controller and sensor for high-quality heat sealing. We can also equipped with vacuum sealing and N2 injection function as your demand.
Automatic Plastic Lid Pick Up and Place Station
It is composed of lower locating mold, lid storage frame and lid releasing manipulator. The position of the cover is accurate, the success rate is high, to ensure that the cover is closely connected with the plastic cup.
Automatic Output Finished Cups Trays
It can output the sealed cups and sends it to the outside conveyor belt for collection and packing.
Automatic Open Door Then Stopping Protection Device
In order to protect the operator from being accidentally injured by the machine, and prevent the operator from accidentally opening the machine during the machine running so as to affect the operation of the machine.
