15-20% Work sulfur capacity pellet biogas desulfurizer catalyst
Biogas desulfurizer catalyst is a kind of high efficiency gas cleaning agent. It takes iron oxide as main active component as well as other promoters. It has a very high removal performance for Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) during 20°C ~ 100°C, and also has a certain removal effect on mercaptan organic sulfur and most nitrogen oxides.Biogas desulfurizer catalyst advantage:
1.High Desulfurization Accuracy: 20 Times higher than normal Fe2O3.
2. Fast Speed Reaction: 5~6 Times faster than normal Fe2O3.
3. Working Penetrate Sulfur Capacity: 5~6 Times faster than normal Fe2O3.
4. High strength and water resistance: After boiling 2 hours or impreganated 30days, it doesn't pulverize and strength keeps the same.
5. Widely usage temperature: 0~100ºC.
6. Can be used in the absence of O2 or high CO2 conditions. In the absence of oxygen, H2S removal sulfur capacity is more than12~15%.

Desulfuration Reaction: Fe2O3.H2O+3H2S=Fe2S3.H2O+3H2O Renewal Reaction: 2Fe2S3.H2O+3O2=2Fe2O3.H2O+6S (strong exothermic reaction)
Note: The desulfuration renewal can be cyclic regeneration when there is O2 or O2/H2S≥2.5 in the air, and the reaction formula combines into 2H2S+O2=H2O+2S with the iron oxide as the catalyst.
