Supercritical extraction is the first and most extensive application of supercritical extraction. The extraction of plant oil, the extraction of the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine, the extraction of plant pigments, the extraction of plant spices, the extraction of the active ingredients of hops, etc. The most commonly used working medium for supercritical extraction is carbon dioxide. For different extraction materials, ethanol, freon, etc. can also be used as the extraction medium, or adding entrainment agent.Supercritical extraction equipment mainly includes extraction kettle, separation kettle, extraction heater, separation heater, carbon dioxide recycling storage tank, cooler and exhaust gas recovery storage tank, among which extraction kettle is the core equipment.
Extraction kettle adopts hydraulic or electric open structure, with a safety interlock, general working temperature of 40-60 ℃, working pressure, 28-50 mpa, 35 to 60 mpa design pressure.
