This production line is used to produce color coating coil, which is mainly based on cold rolled plate, galvanized steel plate and aluminum alloy plate. This kind of plate has advantages of corrosion resistance and decoration, as well as directly providing raw material for construction industry, automobile manufacturing, electric and others.
It is practical, reliable and mature, client can produce stably and run in the long term, production capacity from 50000 to 200000 tons per year.

Main Features:
1) Apply continuous circulating alkali spraying, scrubbing and multi-stage circulating water spraying and fresh water spraying to enhance washing effect, clean the strip steel surface, guarantee the coating quality and strengthen the adhesive force between the plate strip surfaces and the glue coatings.
2) Adopt high-temperature high-pressure technology, and thus to reach high peeling strength.

3. Coating Type: epoxy resin, polyurethane, polyester, polypropylene, polyvinyl fluoride, silicon modified polyester
